I am trying to convert a file from SMILES to SD

openbabel/bin/babel -ismi TaoR1-5.subset.smi -osdf
Tao.sdf
Assert at File mol.cpp Line 885
Segmentation fault

I am running RedHatLinux 7.3

    I certainly haven't reproduced a segfault on a SMILES to SDF conversion. So I'll need some additional information from you to debug this.

    (a) What version of Open Babel are you using?
    (b) Can we have a copy of the SMILES file to reproduce the bug?

    Several bugs have been fixed in the SMILES code. Without
    further follow-up, this bug should be closed.
