#101 Splitting multi-molecule file fails with gzip

A file that is encoded with gzip is automatically uncompressed and
translated on UNIX.

But the "-m" flag does not properly split the file.

Uncompressing the input and re-running with "-m" works correctly.

    Now corrected in CVS. I found it necessary to include a
    third place (in FullConvert()) where the zip/unzip streams
    are made. It's a pity that all these elegant features
    interact!
