This will be need to be supported in order to
address the hypertheading and memory
management in Windows 2003. It is especially
important when implementing this architecture in
a "frame" or "blade" technology such as the IBM X
series hardware or upcoming HP server blades.

    I think blade technology is something different not coming
    with NUMA. But you are right, the IBM x440 for example can
    be expanded to a 16 way NUMA machine - so we definitively
    have to deal with such a hardware.
