Configuration templates

Hello,

I'm the new Debian maintainer for the NMS scripts, and
we got some requests for having configuration outside
of the script.

Two approaches seem possible :

• Put only the configuration in the /cgi-bin folder
  (/usr/lib/cgi-bin on Debian) and have this file do the
  real script
• Have configuration templates in /etc

First seems better as it allows several instances to
run with their own configurations.

Could you consider this ?
