I have recently downloaded the windows executable and
i wish to use it with a custom tv_grab file but I'am afraid
there is no option for doing this. Is it possible to do this
or should I just email the tv_grab file somewhere ?
huh??? can you elaborate a bit on what you mean by a custom
tv_grab file?
If you're talking about executing a modified script
(tv_grab_uk for example), you're right... there is no way to
do that with the executable, you'll need to install Perl and
the all modules and run it that way.
email the tv_grab file somewhere???? I have no idea what
you you're talking about there.

sorry, xmltv.exe is a compilation of most xmltv distributed
scripts. There is now way to use it to execute a program
other than the ones built in to the XMLTV package.
The author of tv_grab_gr can look into having it included in
XMLTV and then it may be included in xmltv.exe.
Your only solution is to install Perl (http://www.perl.org)
and the modules necessary for to use tv_grab_gr.
