Icon URLs in --list-channels and grabbing modes are incorrect after recent grabber update.
Grabbing mode:

--list-channels mode:

Icon errors in grabbing mode were fixed by first re-running configure and using an up-to-date config (the icon URLs are stored in the config file).
--list-channel error still persists.
v1.85 of tv_grab_fr fixes the malformed icon URL when running --list-channels.
