Clarification... you couldn't actually add privs for the entire
database on the database side of things. It would simply
compile the correct GRANT statement for all tables within the
database

I'm currently working on an ever cooler feature which is to
SHOW all the permissions that a user has in the database.
After that I guess I'll implement grant/revoke on all perhaps?
It gets a bit complicated when you consider functions,
sequences, etc. as well.
