Direct export of SQL query results

To export the result of an SQL query in phpPgAdmin today, one must enter
the query, execute it with the "Paginate results" option selected, choosing
"Download", and then selecting the export format. As a result of this
complex operation, the query is performed twice which seems unnecessary,
especially if the statement that takes several minutes or hours to
complete.

I suggest to have a "Export query results as..." option on the page where
you enter the SQL so that it's possible to export the query directly, thus
avoiding to execute the query twice.
