Hidden Accounts Shouldn't Appear In Accounts Drop Down Menu

In the register, accounts that are hidden and not displayed in the Accounts hierarchy on the left of the register view, also shouldn't appear in the Account drop down menus in the Debit/Credit/Transfer transaction tabs (and any where else where a similar dialog is used).

Hiding rarely used or unused accounts helps users to find the accounts they actually want quickly and easily, and it would be particularly helpful if the hidden setting was respected in these drop down menus.
