#736 Japanese translation updates for HEAD
Translations below by ELF2000 have several lines
undone. I've translated them all, though they have much
to be done yet. I'll check and fix them in the future.

Sorry, fixed.
I didn't noticed sjis file was doing several more quotes
than the other two, and simply had changed encodings.
As for the several changes made after RC1 released, I'll
apply in next post.
