No remote cursor

It would be nice to have the choice to use only the
local cursors. I use rdesktop on a daily basis and a
few of the Windows applications I use have custom
cursors (Perforce, Lotus Notes, etc...). When a custom
cursor is displayed, moving the mouse is very
painful...
An option to show only local cursors (which would mean
custom cursors appear as a normal mouse arrow) would
fix this nicely.
