Cannot run Rdesktop as user; only as 'root'

I have install rdesktop 1.5.0 on an HP-UX 11.11 workstation. The code was the copiled code I got from The porting and Archiving center for HP-UX.

I am able to connect to windows servers when I run the application as 'root'.

When I run the application as a user, I get the follwoing error.
