1DIO problem

trying to run cartoon in the Jmol app v10pre8e simply hangs

It looks like something is getting mapped to 0,0,0

there is a strange cartoon artifact with lines to the
upper left corner with the PDB file 1dio
and a lot of:

need to back up the camera
WARNING! DANGER! z <= 0! transformPoint()

(using 10pre8b because pre8c is not useful)
