"set scale3d" seems to have broken between 11.0.3 and 11.2. It is doing nothing in 11.2.4 and 11.3.47.
The new "set scaleAngstromsPerInch" does not work either.
these were not implemented in PerspectiveModel 11. It's an oversight -- for now, you need to use
set perspectiveModel 10
set perspectiveDepth OFF
I'll look into why they aren't having any effect in PerspectiveModel 11. It's apparently self-correcting to ignore the scalePixelsPerAngstrom variable.
