mouse-2 (for `open href in new xdvi window') is broken,
giving this error popup:

Couldn't execute `./xdvi.bin':
Can't open `/home/ulrich/projects/xdvik/texk/xdvik/':
No such file or directory

-> file name is missing, path (which is directory from
which xdvik was invoked) is wrong.

This is different in xdvik-22.55-devel: The bug with the
path/filename has been fixed, but now opening a new window
freezes both windows. When killing the old one, the new
window stops freezing.
