These updates:
- condense some style sheets to allow for faster
download times
- increase compatibility with ns4 by modifying style
sheets
- fixes the “menu bar” or “tabs bar” to display properly
on more screen resolutions.

    Hi Brendan!

    Today a new, centralized CSS was introduced. Could you
    please have a look at it and see if you can fit your patched
    changes in that?

    Regarding the menu bar, I had troubles after applying the
    patch because some fileds 'exploded'...?
