i create REFERENCES between two tables in two
different databases (INNODB):
db1.table1
CURRENCY_ID PK
db2.table1
CURRENCY_ID FK
RATE_ID FK

Enter Relation View in db2.table1 (CURRENCY_ID
reference is empty!), edit RATE_ID reference and press
Go button, reference CURRENCY_ID is deleted!
