Also, you did not set the Group (version) for this bug entry.
And, which browser are you using?
And do you see javascript errors (in the javascript console?).

I have IE6 with SP1 ... and many patches, PMA: 2-5-5-dev

I thing that I locate the error (steps):
type url address,
go to some DB [-> table],
open SQL window (in full mode - sql, import, history),
'all' is ok ... but: click on Full (or history) and than is JS error
in page ...,
click on Edit link in history ... and 'hle' ... PMA Index ...
I thing, that is some error in edit JS link per SQL history ...
is it better ? :).
