&x00A0;%n in gentext templates

We've started putting nbsps in our gentext templates that have a
component name and number:

<l:template name="chapter"
text="Chapter %n. %t"/>

Instead
of:

<l:template name="chapter" text="Chapter %n.
%t"/>

This prevents 'orphaned' numbers in xrefs.
