#347 man: Metadata only contains one author of a group

Hello,

This is just a minor issue. If a document contains a
group of authors, just the first one is printed in the
metadata header information. IMHO every author (editor,
...) should have a separate line, so it looks like this:

.\" Title: ...
.\" Author: author1 <authormail1>
.\" Author: author2 <authormail2>
.\" Editor: editor1 <editormail1>
.\" Generator: DocBook XSL Stylesheets ...
.\" Date: ...

    Changed this to a feature request. It's actually the
    way it is now by design. But I guess I can add a param
    to allow listing in the metadata of all authors.
