The attached zip file includes contains the XML markup
(mantest3.xml and mantest4.xml) for the included man
pages (mantest3.1 and mantest4.1). These were
produced with db2man.xsl. I am using

DocBook XML DTD 4.2
DocBook XSL 1.53.0
xsltproc (libxml2-2.4.23 and libxslt-1.0.19)

In both man pages, the itemizedlist would not nest
properly within an ordered list. This function works in
conversion to html.

When I process the example docs uploaded for the issue,
the nested lists seem to be handled properly, so I am closing
this out. Please re-open if you find that it is actually not
fixed.

But I did notice another bug that your test docs expose:
whitespace between nodes in a <group> is getting gobbled
up. I will open a new bug for that and fix it.
