Wrong translation in zh-TW

As reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com//show_bug.cgi?id=476478
gentext zh-TW.xml file uses wrong translation for note. I know nothing about traditional chinese, therefore there is summary from the bugzilla:

注意 or 註

Additional info (commented suggested possibilities by native chinese speaker Chester Cheng (ccheng@redhat.com)):

Correct. I think this translation suits best here.

This is a mess-up with simplified Chinese.

Correct. This word, however, means the note at the end of an
article/chapter/book. It is more like "reference" or "annotation".
