The version attribute on xsl:stylesheet in chunker.xsl and
oldchunker.xsl is wrong (it should be 1.0).

And while I'm at it: is anyone using oldchunker.xsl instead
of chunker.xsl these days? In oldchunker.xsl there is a
reference to xtchunker.xsl, which does not exist.
