#692 extensions/build.xml missing from 1.69.0+

extensions/build.xml appears to be missing from the dist tarball
since 1.69.0. This file is required so I can build the rpm
packages of the Java extensions for jpackage.org.

    Thanks for the heads-up. I have fixed the build problem that
    caused the file to be omitted. So it will be included in the
    next release. In the mean time, you can just package the RPM
    with the build.xml file from the 168.1 release. Will that
    be OK for you? We have never made any changes to the
    build.xml file since you submitted it, afaik.

    A fix for this issue has been added to the current codebase.
    Please test the fix with the latest snapshot from:
