I'm using Saxon 6.5.3 to render a FO file using the
Docbook.xsl and FOP to generate a PDF file.

When nested sections are used, the table of contents
appears correctly indented when rendering using just
Saxon to html, but is incorrectly indented when
converted from DocBook->FO->PDF.

I'm attaching my simple docbook example file.

    Could you please try the latest snapshot version? I think this
    problem was fixed in CVS, but not yet released.

    I was able to reproduce the issue even with the latest
    snapshot from cvs.

    Try it again with the snapshot and setting the 'fop.extensions'
    parameter to 1. That parameter is needed when you use
    FOP because it does not support some of the XSL-FO
    standard.

    That took care of the issue. Thanks much.
