Hello,

when automatically generating an index, by using
<indexterm><primary>...</primary></indexterm> and the
like in throughout the book, the generated index
elements are not "cklickable" when converting to PDF
using FOP.
This problem seems to be similar to fixed bug #1084223.

    This is a bug in FOP. It works in other XSL-FO processors.
    There is nothing more that can be done in the XSL to make
    this work in FOP. See this mail thread for a further
