Dear sirs:
Nsis is the best install tool I have ever used, but
could use 5 new features.
I use the zip to exe to make installations. It is very
fast, simple, and free.
I wish there is a new release of NSIS that will add to
the the ZIP to EXE converter these 5 additions.

I make a lot of installers and don't care about using
the scriptable part of NSIS as it just seems far more
complicated than packaging something into a zip file
and making an installer using ZIP to EXE.

I would love a ZIP to EXE converter that can also do
self extracting executables(SFX)in silent mode.
I would love a ZIP to EXE converter that can have up to
5 zips going to 5 locations (I would be able to have
shortcuts to the program, etc etc.)
I would love a ZIP to EXE converter that gives an
option to generate an uninstaller for your installer
(So things can easily be cleaned up)
I would love a Zip to EXE converter that you can add a
license agreement (I know, this is free, why do I want
that? So that I can do away with a help file and put
the help file into the license agreement area.)
I would love a ZIP to EXE converter that allows you to
show name of product and version # when they click it
to install. I would love if you can ask a yes / no
question such as, Install My Product? Then, they can
click yes to install or no will exit so they don't
waste time.

I hope this is not too much to ask. I have wanted these
features every since I saw NSIS because the main NSIS
program, it seems complicated to me, so if you can add
these to the ZIP to EXE, I like it really simple, just
like the ZIP to EXE is. If you had time to do this, it
will make me feel GOOD!
Thank you so much,
Dedicated NSIS fan

zip2exe was created in order to convert simple ZIP files to
simple SFX files. If you want more, you will have to use a
full blown script.
There are tools that'd help you automatically create the
script. HM NIS, Eclipse NSIS and Venis are development
environments with script creation wizards. Other smaller
tools which contains just a wizard are also available:

There are also tools that convert zip files to installers:
