NSIDdl compilation conflict with VS.NET 2003

VS.NET 2003 VC7 and later compilers include their own
declaration of _strnicmp() with slightly different
types then the one included as a static in
Contrib/NSISdl/httpget.cpp
Either the _strnicmp() should be renamed or it should
be commented out for the VS.NET 2003 and above compilers.
