The net-snmp-config option --compile-subagent can be used to produce an AgentX subagent (but only a subagent)

The mib2c MfD framework can be used to produce an
AgentX subagent, or a standalone SNMP agent.

It would be sensible to combine these - perhaps by
adding the option for a standalone SNMP agent to
the n-s-c--c-s framework.

    Either/Both of these should also support SIGHUP to re-read config files.

    Now I have added SIGHUP support to --compile-subagent. I really think that should have been a separate feature request.
