#193 Notation: Canvas popup to recall type of last insertion tool
If you select the Text insertion tool in the notation
editor and then, using the canvas popup menu, choose
the select tool:
Switch to Select Tool
and then immediately afterwards choose:
Switch to Insert Tool
you get the note insertion tool, not the text insertion
tool as you might expect.
Suggestion: Make the canvas popup menu remember the
type of the most recently used insertion tool

The "insert tool" is now the "note and rest inserter" and it's the pencil tool we were always missing. It's pretty obvious that the pencil tool is quite separate from the text tool, so this is no longer ambiguous.
