Maybe it is possible to mark all online friends or at least own characters on the nice new google map.
If is it not possible, then just add a shortcut to the friends context menu (talk/where/remove) called "MAP".
This should work like the Atlas command.
That sounds like a nice idea, would be cool to have it in game, too.
