#1125 Get disman/ping and disman/traceroute to at least compile
I spent some time updating disman/ping and disman/traceroute so that they would compile using the version of the IPv6 API that's present in current Linux versions. There's still quite a bit of work to do to get these useful; this is a pretty small step, but after realizing how much work is left I at least wanted to submit a snapshot of my work so far if others want to play with these modules.
BTW, it seems likely that my direction for further work on these MIBs will be to reimplement using mfd and containers. I envision too much work getting the existing code to properly handle operations like creating a row with one PDU as the MIB specifies.
Applied in two different checkins... One to the main trunk, and I just applied it to the older branches since it really is a "fix". Thanks a bunch for looking at these, as they're one of the most wished for MIBs I think!
