Identify host for EPICS v4 development service

Identify a unix computer that can be used to host an EPICS v4 development service application level network. This network will be used to test services interoperability, EPICS V4 network management tool development, and for demonstrations. For demonstrations, it MUST be available on a publicly accessible network (though of course services must only accept connections from local addresses (so VPN or some such must be used to access the EPICS V4 services on the host when outside the local IP network).
