Did you replace/update your default.filter with the one from CVS?
If yes, do you have something like the following in your user.action?
{ +filter{refresh-tags} }
.opsresearch.com/

View and moderate all "support-requests Discussion" comments posted by this user
Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Support Requests"
Never mind; this works now. I don't know why it didn't before; maybe simply because the page was fetched from cache?...
