Same way to the mod list works, you can ctrl-click several rows, then hit <space> and all are enabled/disabled together. Of course, also would be great to have a Select All/Deselect All as the ESP/M panel have now.

May I add the suggestion for a Toggle Selection? :)

done the popup menu with select all/none/toggle selection - no keyboard shortcuts yet, I was thinking crtl-a/ctrl-d/ctrl? (really not sure about a good shortcut for toggle yet)
