$my_op_prefix in configure.in should be set other than $prefix. hence we should have an option at configure time to change the $my_op_prefix

Chatted with bug reporter on IRC about his (her?) issue creating a spec file and RPM to install oprofile on their system. He could not get doc files installed in the right place. I suggeted he look at how other distro's oprofile spec files do it. Closing this issue.
