agentx subagent does not support SNMPv3 contexts

I just installed net-snmp-5.0.8, which was derived from
v5.0-patches branch (June 11, 2003) on SunOS kailee
5.10 s10_35 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60 and verified that
the SNMPV3 does not return a value for a context string
from a module that is called from an agentX subagent.
The module does return the correct value when loaded as
a dynamically loadable module.

Other modules, which do not use the SNMPv3 context
string, that are called from the same subagent work
correctly.
