SCL command line usage message out of date

It appears that the SCL command line usage message, the
text message output when -h, --help is supplied or a
mistake is made on the command line, is out of date and
help is given for more command line options than exist
in the current SCL.
This is reported for -V, --variant but it is suspect
that at least -I, --include and -l, --list fall into
this category as well.
This problem shown to exist on OpenSTA 1.4.2
installation, SCL version 1.4.2.1 running XPpro, but
will inevitably exist on other platforms and earlier
versions.

I have an update for this message after doing some general
investigation. -V(--variant) is indeed useless and
non-functional
so I've removed all mention of it - although the SCL
compiler still
has the capability internally. The -I(--include) was badly
worded
and is actually to provide an include directory not a file - so
updated the message for that. The rest of the options do
actually work although most don't make a great deal of sense
within OpenSTA.

The mentioned update has been merged into the CVS HEAD. It
will become generally available in the OpenSTA 1.4.3 Release.
scl.exe: 1.4.3.2
OpenSTA: 1.4.3.15
