Fail restart NameServer

Steps:
------
Changed Respository Host IP address from remote host
to local host

Shutdown server

Start server

>Responds with Error message: "The Name Server has
unexpectedly exited. Please check your configuration"

The Commander fails to connect (obviously) and the
NameServer cannot restart.

Have tried to reset the configuration to the original and
working host address - same errors.

Have rebooted machine

Have uninstalled and reinstalled software

No success
Attached are the contents of the server/log directory.

Please respond soon as we are using OpenSTA as part
of product testing and are coming to a release deadline.
