#692 canon a75 no longer works with libgphoto 2.4.0

Hello,

While trying to use canon a75 with version 2.4.0 of gphoto2 I found out that it no longer works.

With previous version a75 worked almost fine (it worked at second try in digikam for example; first one always failed).

Unfortunately in 2.4.0 each retry failed.

I've tracked it to svn commit 10371 + 10372(usb reset for canon cameras). Reverting 10371 and 10372 and I have old behaviour back (second retry makes camera work).

    This of course leaves us with second bug - canon is not working at first try, second try works.

    Has anyone tracked why that happens? Is that due to canon firmware bug and cannot be workarounded in any way? AFAIK windows deals with this somehow so it looks like there is a way to workaround the problem.
