After opening the notation editor,the first click to the right of the drag button of the horizontal scroll bar has no effect, only the next ones scroll the display to the right. Click and drag on the button works.

I have confirmed that this bug still exists.

I can confirm this bug, but it is quite trivial.

It may be a simple fix...but I'm not willing to investigate at this time.

There are bigger issues to tackle.
