Hi,
if someone says "Hi" to Harold and goes away some steps he can be still in conversation but too far away to say "Bye". I am not sure if this is only with Harold or also with some other NPCs.

It would be all npcs. Butif you go even further it will time out. So is there a problem?

Well, there was the case that a player was in conversation with Harold and then went up to sit at the bar. Another player wanted to speak with Harold but he was still in conversation with the first player. Then the first player said "Bye", but Harold was to far away to hear him. This was when I recognized the issue. I think it will happen only very seldom so there is no real need to change all NPCs, that would be just to much unnecessary work... But I wanted to report this, just that this is known.

As the perception range for harold might be reduced in the near future, this issue may get more attention. It happened to me, that I accidentally left the hearing range while trying to scroll in the chat log with "shift+cursor-up/down".

An idea may be to use different values of the perception range for already listening NPCs and NPCs which are not yet in conversation. For example: a range of 3 for harold without a current conversation. And a range of 5 after the conversation has been established.
