#1264 apache service will not be started by xCAT on SLES

MN: hv32xcat04(9.114.154.79/192.168.5.184) RHEL6, xCAT 2.5 7/26 build

SLES11 SP1 diskful installation failed and hangs on "manual setup program" interface

How to reproduce this issue:
1)Config MN with latest xCAT 2.5 build.

    Finally we found this issue was because the apache service was not running. When I start
    apache service manually, the diskful installtiion could succeed.

    Then I find when I install xCAT rpm packages on a clean SLES environment and config it as MN, apache service will not be started automatically by xCAT.
