Configure the language property of generated executables

If I check file properties of a launch4j executable (right click => properties => details), the "language" property is set with the value "English (US)" even though I'm working on a German Windows version and therefore would expect it to be "German".

Is there any chance to implement a config option that let's users choose the executable's language property?
