The term "regulation of transcription by chromatin organization" (GO:0034401) has an is_a parent that seems wrong:

regulation of transcription in response to stress (GO:0043620)
- is_a regulation of transcription by chromatin organization (GO:0034401)

It seems really unlikely that all "regulation of transcription by chromatin organization" occurs in response to stress.

    I agree so I've moved GO:0034401 to be a direct child of 'regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent (formerly it's grandparent).
