The Import / Export Contents submission screen is broken. All HTML from the Notes area on ends up as raw HTML in the Notes field, leaving no content list, submission button, etc.
Code changes to grey out the read-only fields broke the closure of a couple of the input tags (one is lost entirely, the other got placed inside the quotes meant to enclose the style info).
Fixed both of these in edit/clonecontent.py -- added a missing ">" in printfield(), and moved the ">" outside of the double quotes in the PUB_NOTE section of printpubrecord().
