If an image hosed by theISFDB, such as the one on Pub #296168 (Siege at Gazbriz) has an image URL that ommits the "www", such as http://isfdb.org/wiki/images/d/d3/9781907287008.jpg (rather than http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/images/d/d3/9781907287008.jpg\) then the "Hosted by ISFDB" link is not displayed.
