For Add Pub to title, Clone Pub and New Pub, show 8 check boxes:

1. "I own this publication"
A Primary verifiation will be made on approval of the submission. No notes required.
2. "I am working from this publication but will not have it permanently"
A Primary (Transient) verifiation will be made on approval of the submission. No notes required.
3. "Publisher website"
Notes to that affect are added to any publication notes provided.
4."Author website"
Notes to that affect are added to any publication notes provided.
5. "OCLC/Worldcat (If it is from just one Record, please give the Number)"
Notes to that affect are added to any publcation notes provided. If the OCLC number field is supplied, then the generated note will be a hyperlink to that OCLC record.
6. "Other website (please state which in Notes)"
No further action taken, reminder only
7. "Later printing or edition (please state which in Notes)"
No further action taken, reminder only
8. "Other source (please state which in Notes)"
No further action taken, reminder only

Edits to existing publications will require searching for the first empty Verification slot, if any.
Edits to existing titles will not have any verifications, but notes may still be updated.
Edits to other entities TBD.

Add Pub done in:

common/SQLparsing.py 1.85, 1.87 edit/addpub.py 1.10, 1.12 edit/submitpub.py 1.18, 1.19 mod/pv_new.py 1.19, 1.20, 1.21 mod/pa_new.py 1.15, 1.16

Installed in r2013-93. Once the community reviews/tweaks the implementation, similar changes will be made to other data entry pages.
