During award editing, Award Level options ("Win", "Nomination", "Level") are currently listed on the same line. It would be better to list them vertically so that the editor would know that they represent three different choices.

Implemented in edit/addaward.py 1.9 and edit/editaward.py 1.7. Installed in r2013-11 on 2013-01-13.
