When you "check for duplicate titles" in an author's bibliography, it looks for titles that have the same name and same author(s). It does not, however, detect a duplication if one title is a VT and the other is not. For example, if a submission ends up adding a new copy of Hans Christian Andersen's "The Ugly Duckling", then this check will not notice that it is the same story as the other copies of "The Ugly Duckling". This is because the old ones are VT'd to "Den Grimme Ælling", the original title, and the new story (of course) is not yet VT'd to anything. It seems that it should detect this as a likely merge.

In addition, we need to:
1. Make sure that only titles with the exact same authors are identified as potential duplicates;
2. Prevent ESSAYs from being picked as potential duplicates of container titles;
3. If both titles' language codes are defined and set to different values, do not tag them as potential duplicates
